Chef Joe Konopka will be sharing his passion for sushi (and seafood) with his six week Sushi & Sake series. Each week he will be crafting a limited menu of sushi rolls & Nigiri.

We will also have select splits of sake’ available to complete your sushi dining experience.

KYOTO SOUR – our specialty sake cocktail with muddled grapefruit, dash of green cholula, shaken with Sho Chiku Bai Sake, lemon juice and agave. 13^.00

WAKAME SALAD – seasoned seaweed. 7.⁹⁹

KANI SALAD – shredded surimi, cucumber, & carrot, tossed with sriracha mayo. 8.⁹⁹

MISO SOUP – traditional Dashi broth with miso, tofu, and green onion. 3.⁹⁹

CRAZY CRAB ROLL – uramaki with real lump crab, mango, and avocado. Topped with Tobiko. 15.⁹⁹

YELLOWTAIL ASPARAGUS ROLL – uramaki with fresh Hamachi and lightly steamed asparagus. 15.⁹⁹

EAST MEETS REDS SIGNATURE ROLL – uramaki with our cooked cocktail shrimp and cucumber. Topped with Kogi marinated tuna sashimi. 12.⁹⁹
