Member benefits
- Earn 8% back on food and beverage purchases that can be used toward future purchases. A $10 reward will appear in your loyalty account every time you accumulate 120 points. As you earn these $10 rewards you can redeem in person, redeem on your next takeout order, or "let it ride" to build your balance to redeem another time.
- If you include your birthday, you will also receive a $10.00 gift on your account ready for you to redeem anytime during the month of your special occasion.
- Be sure to opt in for SMS and Emails for notice about other special loyalty club discounts and promotions that you may be gifted througout the year. These are for our Frequent Diner Loyalty Club members only.
Remember to let us know if your email, mobile number, or mailing address change so that you don’t miss out on these benefits. You can update these details yourself online, or we can help by doing it in house on your next visit.

Once your account is set up, we can access your rewards and benefits in house with the phone number you registered in this process, and your name or email if you provide that in the signup process. You can also earn and redeem rewards when placing online takeout orders!

Here's How to Access or Update your Account
Access the same LOYALTY PORTAL and enter the phone number you have on file with us from your original Reds Frequent Diner Account.
If you are unable to access your account with that number, no worries! It just means that your phone number needs to be updated and we can assist you with accessing your account the next time you are at Reds. Resist the temptation to start a new account, because if you do that you will lose any rewards that you've earned in the past that are still available to you. We have guests who have been members for decades. Any rewards earned prior to the current loyalty program are still on your account waiting to be redeemed.
