Meet Some Staff
This is our Training & Development Task Force. This is the team of servers who have been working together to provide new servers with a meaningful and productive training experience. Their goal as a team is to help all new and existing team members to learn and grow with us in the best ways possible.

host / hostess
Seeking a warm, friendly, energetic, and professional person to join our team in the role as Host/Hostess. This is a great opportunity for someone considering a future full time leadership position in dining room management. Primary duties would include seating guests, managing reservations, assisting servers with guest service needs, and managing takeout business. Some experience in the restaurant business is required. A strong work ethic, genuine desire to make meaningful memories for our guests, and a commitment to continual improvement are also a must.
Even the most experienced Chefs will find cooking at Reds to be a challenging and rewarding experience! Passion for the process ( and this industry) along with experience working in a commercial kitchen could make you a great candidate to join our culinary team of professionals. Our Cooks boast a 5 day work week, giving them a higher quality of life outside of work.
This empowered position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our restaurant, along with completing some dish washing duties. Shifts are Tuesdays 9-1 and Wednesdays thru Saturdays 10am-1pm.
