Our new outdoor dining space will soon be full of sunshine and guests, and our inside dining and robust takeout business have been incredibly busy and continue to grow so we are expanding our team! Meet Some Staff
This is our Training & Development Team. These two work together to provide new servers with a meaningful and productive training experience. Their goal as a team is to help all new and existing team members to learn and grow with us in the best ways possible.

Service Coordinator - Position available April 2026
This full time leadership position plays an integral role in day to day operations by bringing out the best in all team members to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. A successful candidate would have experience building a team with a focus on genuine hospitality, possess a strong work ethic and passion for the unique nature of the restaurant industry, and have a proven track record of inspiring others to continually improve and grow. Server
A great opportunity for those energetic individuals who love our food and are passionate about sharing their enthusiasm for Reds with our guests. If you have a genuine way with people, and are looking to challenge your attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a way that exceeds even your own expectations, this could be the job for you!
Cook
Even the most experienced Chefs will find cooking at Reds to be a challenging and rewarding experience! Passion for the process ( and this industry) along with experience working in a commercial kitchen could make you a great candidate to join our culinary team of professionals. Our Cooks boast a 5 day work week, giving them a higher quality of life outside of work.
Busser
Our bussers don't just clear and reset tables. They are actively engaged in the guest experience by assisting servers behind the scenes, providing warm interactions at the table, and doing what is needed to keep things running smoothly. This is a great position for learning the ins and outs of guest service and restaurant operations, while opening the door for advancement to other positions within the restaurant.
